Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Leicester Podcast Studio, located at 2-4 St Georges Way, Leicester, LE1 1ST. By booking a session at our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Bookings must be made in advance through our booking system. Cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed. Please ensure that you are available for your booked session, as no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book and use our studio. Minors are welcome to use our facilities, provided they are accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or older. Equipment and Food and Beverages Clients are welcome to bring their own food and bottled drinks; however, they are not permitted to bring their own equipment, as the studio provides all necessary equipment for their sessions. Please ensure that any food and beverages do not damage the studio or disrupt other clients’ sessions. The studio reserves the right to ask clients to remove any items deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Behaviour Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and the studio reserves the right to terminate a session and ask clients to leave if they fail to comply with this requirement. Noise Level We welcome podcasts with varying noise levels, including DJ content. However, if you anticipate that your session will exceed a reasonable noise level, please contact us in advance. This allows us to arrange a suitable time slot that accommodates both our studio’s needs and our neighbours’ comfort.

Intellectual Property Rights

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any copyrighted material in their podcasts. The studio is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from clients’ use of copyrighted material.

Content Restrictions

Leicester Podcast Studio does not impose any specific restrictions on the type of content clients can create. However, we reserve the right to terminate a session and ask clients to leave if their content is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive to other clients or the studio’s operations.

Data Protection and Privacy

Leicester Podcast Studio is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our clients. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK and take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal data.
